How to Access the Little Harbor Campground
is 6.5 miles from Two Harbors by road and five miles via the Trans Catalina Trail. Amenities Located about 6.5 miles east of Two Harbors 16 miles from Avalon, Little Harbor is accessible from either Two Harbors (25 min) or Avalon (1.5 hrs) by the Safari Bus or by biking or hiking a strenuous trail along an unpaved road. The Safari Bus is a paid service and baggage space is strictly limited to one lap item (included with ticket) and two larger items (37x23x23) per passenger. For excess baggage, gear haul truck is available from Two Harbors for a fee. Safari bus reservations should be made at time of campsite booking.
