How to Access the Black Jack Campground
Visitors access the campground by hiking about 1.5 miles from the campground trailhead on a moderately difficult trail. That trailhead is about 9 miles from the city of Avalon and aout 11.8 miles from the Village of Two harbors. Visitors can hike a long distance to the trailhead or they can be driven to the trailhead on the Safari Bus or the Airport Shuttle.
