San Jacinto River of California

This 42 mile long river is located in Southern California's Riverside County.The north fork of the San Jacinto river was declared a United States National Wild and Scenic River on March 30, 2009. 7.2 miles of the river were designated "wild", 2.3 miles were designated "scenic" and .7 miles were designated "recreational"> The San Jacinto River is managed by the San Bernardino National Forest Office of the U.S. Forest Service.
