Piru Creek of California

A section of Piru Creek from downstream of the Pyramid Dam to the first bridge crossing at the Los Angeles-Ventura County border was dsignated a United States National Wild and Scenic River on March 30, 2009. 4.3 miles of the creek were declared "wild" and 3 miles were declared "recreational".
