Huge Outlet Mall Coming to San Clemente
Construction is expected to begin in March of 2014 on the first phase of Plaza San
Clemente, a new outlet shopping mall that will eventually be 580,000 square feet in
size and cover 52 acres of the 248 acre Marblehead coastal development. The outlet
center will be located just off Highway 5, on the ocean end of Avenida Vista Hermosa.
The first phase will be approximately 325,000 square feet in size and, if all goes
well it could open as early as the middle of 2015.
