that is situated in the foothills of Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park.
Plans for the community include more than 2,370 single family homes
and multiple-family residences
Camden Square
7 acre subdivision approved by the lake Forest City Council on
August 20, 2013.
and model homes were open for public viewing in February of 2015.
Camden Square was orignally known as "The Paseos" and the
builder was originally Trumark Homes.
The subdivison was later developed by Taylor Morrison.
Construction of 72 single family homes bean in November of 2014.

up to 85 single family homes. Lot sizes are between
4,019 and 7.675 square feet in size. Homes built on those lots
will be two and three story residences from 3,198 and 3,797
square feet in size. The subdivision plans were approved by the
Lake Forest City Council on June 19, 2012.
