SUBDIVISION NAME: Midtown
The Midtown Subdivision of Eichler homes is situated at the intersection of Vasquez Avenue and West Iowa Avenue and the only two streets within it are Polk Avenue and Vasquez Avenue. The subdivision is located southeast of the intersection of West McKinley Avenue and San Bernardino Road and northeast of the intersection of West Iowa Avenue and San Bernardino Road. The homes in Midtown were built using three different floorplans. They had four or five bedrooms, they were about 1600 to 2100 square feet in size, and many of them had atriums.
