Piedmont Park and Exedra Plaza
15 acres park in the center of Piedmont with two entrances,
on Highland Avenue and Wildwood Avenue. The park features
a dramatic entryway at Highland and Magnolia,
a traditional Japanese Tea Garden,
Bushy Dell Creek (site of a former hotel and spa),
a Centennial History Trail with nine markers,
a bowl-shaped lawn area for picnics and special events such as
movies in the park, a 4th of July band concert,
a Christmas tree lighting ceremony, a harvest festival,
and other events.
