"Orange Empire Trolley Museum"
on the site of the Pinacate Station settlement.

Southern Hotel Building Historic Site
Oldest preserved commercial building still standing in Perris.
Built by Bernardo and Marcellina Bernasconi in 1886 as a hotel. '
Converted to a private home for the Bernasconi family in 1901.
The home was abandoned between 1982 and the time it
was purchased by brothers Leon and John Motte in 1990
and ful.y restored. Added to the National Register of historic
places in 1992.
