making it the first communities on the Palos Verdes Peninsula
to become an incorporated city.
Located north of Rancho Palos Verdes
Rolling Hills Estates
SIZE: About 3.6 square miles
POPULATION: Greater than 8,000
NOTE: Inland community incorporated on September 18, 1957.
The third largest incorporated city on the Palos Verdes
Peninsula has some of the peninsula's largest residential lots.
Much of the city is zoned equestrian. It has six city parks.
Located north of Rolling Hills and inland of
Palos Verdes Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes.
