situated st an elevation of about 250 feet above sea level
The airport's main runway is lighted and it is about 5,540 feet long and
about 150 feet wide.
The secondary runway is about 3,700 feet long and about 250 feet wide
but permission must be requested before pilots can use the airport's
smaller runway.
The Madera Airport is located about three miles northwest
of the city of Madera on the west side of HIghway 99
at 4020 Aviation Drive.
Chwochilla Municipal Airport
75 acre public use, general aviation airport situasted at
an elevation of about 70 feet above sea level.
Facilities include one asphalt runway, about 3,250 feet long and about 60 feet wide.
The Chowchilla Airport is located about one
