Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park
Orange county regional wilderness park located
in Trabuco Canyon, partly in and partly
adjacent to Lake Forest.
The park has 23 trails totally about 17 miles.
Trails are either single track trails or they
are on graded roads.
The park includes oak canyons, hilly grasslands,
steep slopes, and three intermittent streams:
Aliso Creek, Borrego Stream, and Serrano Stream.
Popular activities in the park include
hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.
Two of the trails are reserved for hikers only:
Red Rock Canyon Trail and Billy Goat Trail.
Heritage Hill Historic Park
This four acre park is the home of the 1863 Jose Serrano Adobe and three
other historic buildings. The adobe
was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
Located at 25151 Serrano Road in Lake Forest.

Community park with nineteen picnic tables, one shelter,
three barbecue grills, a fitness trail, a popular children's playground,
