Summerfest of Fountain Valley
The 2017 event celebrated the 60th anniversary of the
city of Fountain Valley. It was held June 22-25, 2017.
Classic Car and Truck Show of Fountain Valley
Annual car show first held in 2006.
Usually held in June at the
Fountain Valley Recreation and Sports Park at
16400 Brookhurst street.
Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
Annual event held in early December.
usually begins in the late afternoon and ends 3 or 4 hours later.
Features the mayor lighting the city's Christmas tree,
other activities such as live entertainment and a fireworks show,
crafts, games, and collecting unwrapped toy donations.
Held at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center and Sports Park
at 16400 rookhurst Street.
Veterans Day Ceremony
Usually a two hour morning ceremony featuring a flag ceremony
guest speaker, patriotic crafts, children's acivities, food booths,
and collections of non-perishable snacks for troops.
Held at Veteran's Park at 17635 Los Alamos Street
Summer Concerts in the Park
Series of Thursday night summer concerts held
in the Fountain VAlley Sports Park at 16400 Brookhurst Street.
