Dixon May Fair
Annual spring fair held in Dixon for more than 140 years.
It is one of the oldest district fairs in California and
it is held at one of the oldest fairgrounds in the state.
The fair features the agricultural accomplishments and
heritage of Dixon and the nearby towns of Davis, Elmira,
Fairfield, Rio Vista, Vacaville, and Woodland. Held at
the Dixon May Fairgrounds at 655 South First Street.
Lambtown Festival
Annual festival celebrating the sheep, lamb, and agricultural heritage
of the Dixon area. Features bluegrass music, craft and
fiber booths, pony rides for children, competitions,
and booths serving lamb and agricultural industry foods.
The festival has been held for more than 30 years, usually in
early October.
The event venue is the Dixon May Fairgrounds
at at 655 South Firest Street.
Pin a Go Go
Annual pinball show uaually held in May.
Features more than 100 pinball machines and playing
free is included in the price of admission.
Also offers pinball parts, memorabilia, and games for sale,
a British motor vehicle show, and a food court.
On-site RV parking is available.
Renegade Rendezvous of Dixon
Annual motorbike show and tattoo expo held in Dixon,
usually in September. Features famous bike builders,
a tattoo contest, stunt performances, a bikini contest,
and live music.
Cool Patch Pumpkins and Corn Maze
Large, Sseasonal pumpkin patch and corn maze open around
Halloween, usually from mid-September to early November.
Also features activities for children.
Located at 6585 Milk Farm Road.
