Corralitos Market and Sausage Company
Small Corralitos Market selling fresh produce, pies, wines,
and other groceries, but is most famous for its meat market.
Their specialties incliude sausages in many interesting flavors,
apple wood smoked bacon, other meats, and in-house meat marinades.
The Corralitos Market was founded by Joe H. Cutler in 1957
long time employee Dave Peterson became its president and
manager in 1975. The Corralitos Market is located at
8569 Corralitos Road and their products are also sold
at the the Aptos Farmer's Market on Saturdays and
at the Monterey Peninsula College Farmer's Market on Fridays.
Corralitos Farm and Garden Market
Small farmer's market held at the Corralitos Cultural Center
every Sunday from 11:00- a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The market can
very very small, sometimes only a handful of vendors
selling local produce home-made foods, and other items.

Corralitos Brewing Company
Small brewery focused on producing an American style
Pale Ale, a Red Ale described as west coast style,
and a dark beer known as American Stout Beer.
Located off of Freedom Road int he Corralitos Valley, but
not open to the public last time I checked.

Corralitos dahlia gardens with a planting, growing, and
blooming season between March and November.

Bicycle Rides Starting in Corralitos
Several suggested cycling routes from 21 to 53 miles that
begin at either the Corralitos Market or the Five Mile House
in Corralitos. Includes each ride's distance, difficulty level, and
the elevation gain in both feet and feet per minute. Also includes
a map and a cue sheet for each rie.
Bat Conservancy of Coastal California
Organization founded in 2011 to educate the public about bat species
on the central coast of California, why they are an important
part of a healthy ecosystem, and how to protect them.
Based at 714 Eureka Canyon Road in Corralitos.
Corralitos Creek
14 mile long creek that is part of the Corralitos Creek watershed,
a sub-watershed of the Pajaro River. The creek flows southward
from the Santa Cruz Mountains through the communities of
Corralitos and Freedom and southern Watsonville.
Corralitos Cultural Center
Community center operated by the Corralitos Valley
Research and Education Association. The center
is available to local residents for performances,
teaching classes, participating in reading programs,
and selling at the center's farm and garden market.
