About West Catalina Island
Information about the western side of Catalina Island in Western California.
The region of Catalina Island located west the isthmus and west of the town of Two Harbors is a remote area with a few hiking trails. There is at least one campground in this region, the Person's Landing Campground, which can be reached by hiking approximately 7 miles from the isthmus. There are no primary roads on the wes tside of Catalina, and only one secondary road long the northwest edge of West Catalina.
