Overlook Hall was built in 1929 in the design style of an Italian chapel. It was used for man years as the place of worship for a local Christian Science congregation. The building was closed and was completely restored in 2010. It is located on Whittley Avenue in Avalon.

Overlook Hall is a National Historic Place
The Overlook Hall building and property were officially designated "Christian Science Society U.S. National Historic Place" and assigned NHP-ID 100001281 on July 10 2017.
