La Costa Resort and Spa
The Spa at La Costa was established in 1965.
It is situated around a 15,000 square foot outdoor
courtyard with a waterfall and a poolside spa cafe.
Spa treatments include massage therapy, body scrubs,
body wraps, facials, and hydrotherapy
The Chopra Center for Well Being is also located at La Costa.
The spa has couples packagse that include a massage for two,
either champagne or lunch at the Spa Cafe, strawberries
and chocolate truffles, unlimited day use of the spa facilities,
and 45 minutes of leisure time in the a spa suite.
Treatments may be purchased "ala carte" or in packages.
Four Seasons Aviara Resort and Spa
The destination spa at hte Four Seasons Resort Aviara
is a 150,000 square foot facility with twenty treatment rooms,
an indoor solarium lounging area, saunas, steam rooms, and
a locker room and dressing area. The spa also has a couples
suite with a marble fireplace, shower for two, an attached
treatment room with two massage tables, and a private patio with a
whirlpool. Treatments include body scrubs and wraps, facials,
Ayurvedic treatments, and salon services. Treatments may be
purchased individually or in packages lasting 2 to 3 hours.
